WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NO KEKKAI GENKAI Rule?

……………   What type of Kekkai Genkai is it ?   Dōjutsu  (genetic ninja abilities that utilise the eyes)
……………  What does it do?   Memorizes people (thought hey don't use it for their flirting... much). Abilities : Hypnosis, Mind reading, Memory Manipulation, Mind Control
…………… How does it physically manifest itself?   Kobiru is a blue eye with a lavender 4 petal flower that spins when activated
…………… What are the negative side effects?   Extended use makes the user a little dizzy... sort of drunk-ish in appearance;  those Kobiru who have high tolerance for drinking handle it better, those who don't are even more susceptible to this negative effect
…………… How long can it be used?   Kobiru eye can be used only for an hour a day (total), with the max amount of time 10 minutes, that means at most only 6 times a day. Need one hour rest between them. There are rumors that a very experienced high ranking clansman could use it for a full 24 hours, but no one has been able to verify it (and Hade isn't telling... shhhh... that would take away his fun!)

……………  Can it be transplanted into a non-Clansman?   yes, but only at 1/4 of the power

……………  When does it first manifest / activate?   Usually around puberty when hormones are raging. Most Kobiru activate in the midst of flirting with someone they are really attracted to, accidentally hypnotizing them. Some notice it right away, others may think they and the other person have fallen in love. But Kobiru are a noble clan and would never take advantage of that.
…………… Taboo?   Use should be limited to protection of the village, not for personal “pleasure”  (you know what I mean... and so does Hade )
